Refund Policy

Last updated: August 2026

1. Deposit refund window

Pre-order deposits for LOVA AI Studio rigs are fully refundable within 24 hours of reservation, no questions asked. After 24 hours, the deposit is counted toward your final order balance.

2. Refund before shipping

You may request a full refund of your deposit at any time before your rig enters production. Once production has started, refunds are no longer possible. We will notify you before production begins and give you a final chance to confirm or cancel.

3. LOVE token payments

Payments made in LOVE tokens follow the same refund rules. If a refund is approved, LOVE tokens will be returned to the originating wallet minus any network fees.

4. How to request a refund

Email us at hello@lovecoin.life with your reservation email and order details. We process refunds within 5 business days.
